Five statuses; no permanent green checkmark.
ORGANIZATION REPORTED
An authorized representative submitted it.
COMMUNITY OBSERVED
A dated observation is published as observation—not universal fact.
ANCHOR REVIEWED
Evidence or conditions were reviewed against the protocol.
ANCHOR VERIFIED
A specific requirement was directly checked and remains within its review period.
