Equipment service network
The lending system is for comparison, short trials, site use and sensory/communication access—not an attempt to rebuild Arkansas's broader assistive-technology infrastructure.

Use this page when equipment needs to be tried, compared, borrowed, returned, cleaned, or routed to another AT program.
Important information is visible on the page. Nothing essential is hidden in accordions or pop-ups.
Loan types
Shared public tools, personal products and controlled/specialist equipment cannot run through one checkout rule.
Use a shared item during the current visit; return it to the used-item bin when finished.
Short local trial for fit, texture, attenuation or communication preference.
Multi-day loan when sanitation, safety, custody and return rules support it.
Try two or more options before purchasing or requesting a longer-term device.
Decision boundary
iCAN already operates Arkansas's statewide Assistive Technology program. ANCHOR should specialize in sensory/communication access and use a warm handoff for broader AT needs.
Lending record
Item ID · borrower/site · checkout · due/return · staff role.
Pre-loan inspection · return inspection · damage · missing parts.
Age/use class · controlled-item boundary · recall status · instructions.
Helped · too strong · too weak · uncomfortable · hard to use · would borrow again.
Ordinary lending records should not become a shadow medical record. Track equipment performance and access outcomes without collecting unnecessary diagnosis information.
